  1. I like your way of meal prepping a lot! I've always hated meal prepping because most people will actually cook the food all on one day for the week. That's how I always thought I had to do it and I'm not someone who likes to stand by the stove and cook all day. I also felt like the texture of the food wasn't as good because it sits in the fridge for days. I think I'll try this way where everything is cut up and all I have to do is cooking it up for dinner 🙂

  2. can you do a video on all the things you cook in your Airfryer for WW? I am thinking about getting one and was blown away when I saw you put the sweet potatoes in there! I LOVE roasted sweet potato but hate how long it takes to roast them in the oven.

  4. Do you find that when you cut up your cucumber and peppers that they aren’t soggy or limp buy the end of the week? Also the pepper tops fave a great deal of pepper attached to the stem. Seems like a waste. I cut around the stem.

  5. I don't do weight watchers, but I just try to eat healthier things as much as I can. But I really enjoyed your video. You gave me some great ideas for prepping my own work lunches. I really want to try making that veggie dip. And I love the idea of adding lots of diced veggies to chicken and egg salad. It looked so good!
