  1. Driving on marijuana is not recommended but it should not be a felony like alcohol, thats just insane. A prescription pain med can cause overdose death and Alcohol, both are far worse while driving compared to marijuana. A caffeine overdose does impair driving too, from the same logic it should be a felony to drive with to much caffeine in your system.
