  1. Congratulations on your five plus month quit Ashley. I have a number of resource pages addressing many different issues you touched on in your video here. You really hit on a lot of important topics. I am going to attach links to those pages pretty much in the order that you first raised specific issues. I know its a lot of material so you may just want to pick and choose topics that seem more interesting to you. One area that I hope you do focus on though are the last few pages addressing relapse prevention issues. It is just so much easier to keep a quit going rather than ever having to attempt to quit again. Hope you find these resources helpful.
