  1. Most bioavailable silica is in green peas, according to research. But holistic nutritionists say, that the best source of silica is in the oats, which are still in their outer, flexible shell (encasing the grain itself). What I do is take those oats, soak overnight and in the morning I make a plant milk out of them. Then I take the shredded pieces, which remain, and boil them in water for half an hour. I add the strained liquid to fruit smoothies.
