How about the cast iron skillet set as opposed to the nonstick set , that serves two purposes cooking and protection and will (not might) last a lifetime , truly i believe you need both cast iron and nonstick , also reminder if you the cast iron you can use metal utensils for nonstick use wood or plastic ,

  3. Sorry Gordon. A nonstick (teflon) coatings break down @ heats high enough to properly sautee, making toxic chemicals is the process. Better to use properly seasoned cast iron. It's nonstick, adds iron to your diet & their heft will get your biceps buff
