  1. honestly, ive been doing this stuff for almost a year now and I've seen no results so I started looking around for alternatives for months now and I found the perfect one.   2. I tried the 5:2 diet for 1 week. I didn't weigh myself but something interesting happened. After the first day of fasting, I saved most of my calories for dinner. When I ate my calories for the day at dinner, I noticed that my portion was smaller and I wasn't hungry after eating 1 serving. My old way of eating would have 2-3 servings plus a late night snack. Fasting "reset" my hunger hormone I think. It felt similar to my keto diet, where I wasn't super hungry when meal time came. I think they are cousin methods.

  3. I need to lose 6 pounds if I wanna go to my powerlifting meet. Or get stronger which out of us four in the weight class I’m probably not the strongest and only two can go and I really wanna go to my first powerlifting meet😭😔
