  1. Switching light spectrums when flipping to 12/12 might be the worst thing you can do if you want to limit the stretch, especially when it's increased in red. I've had this exact issue in low height tents and sticking with my 4k 315w bulb for the first three weeks did wonders on a strain that used to stretch twice as when Id switch to a 3k bulb(non R). I also keep the light a lot closer, just don't burn them, if I want to limit stretch. The plant can feel it when it starts getting too hot and MIGHT actually not stretch it's tallest branches at all. (That's my personal experience in most cases, but I've had strains that actually started aiming for the bulb and stretched even more..) But you'll lose on the area the light covers.
Not sure if any of those options are implementable by you, but slowly switching to flower by decreasing the light time by no more than an hour per day also helps quite a bit, 30 minutes would be better tho. In my situation I'd rather add 2 weeks to my flowering time then add 2 feet to a plants height instead of half a foot. But if time is an issue, or patience, at least don't do anything stupid like a 24-72 hour period of darkness before flipping. Yea you'll shave a week off, or nothing, but that increases stretching more than anything I've ever seen.

Anyway, don't know what I've smoked to keep me rambling like this, I just wanted to thank you for the update! I'm very excited too see the continuation of this grow and what you will feed the soil form here on, if anything. πŸ˜‰
