  1. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

  2. Absolutely love the look into your life.

Unfortunately I work at 6:30am to 5pm so waking up even earlier than 5, is really reallllyy hard. 😫 I've always wished I could have a morning routine but it's difficult with my work schedule.

  3. I am so ready to make those granola bars! I loooove oatmeal but unfortunately I'm in the middle of repairing some cavities I have so oats are off limits for me right now. Anyone know if ground flax would work instead of oats? I'm open to any oat substitution suggestions!!

  4. Hey lady! I've loved following your journey and you are so true to yourself, insightful, and inspiring. I feel 10x smarter after all of your videos. I need to ask for advice, though. I can't live not feeling comfortable in my body, or hating myself for it. I've lost a major amount of weight (50 lbs) and put it back on, then lost again, then gained. Throughout my life, and these past few years, my stomach has always been very present. Even folding, spilling off my hips and eating/forcing down all of my non-high waisted pants. I dont care about being small, in fact the thought of being a size 6 scares me, so I stopped calorie cutting at 8/10. But this "stomach thing" is…embarrassing, haunting, crushing. Do I accept it or try harder? A crappy question, but I am really down about the sitch.

  5. LOL yes girl, I do the same for make up. I giggled at the emotionless vampire quote. I. FEEL. YOU! Loved this video, I'm so bad at waking up early, but would love to be a morning person

  6. Inspires me to get my butt in gear for meal prep and back to exercising properly. Work has made me so stressed lately and I've hit a patch of feeling incredibly low in mood and energy…but this inspires me to get back on the health train and push myself!

  7. Hi. Are you still located in Canada? I noticed that Thrive doesn't ship to Canada so I was curious with you promoting it if they had started to ship to Canada. According to the website they don't still.

  8. Hey Abby, I noticed that you take daily vitamins. Would you please do a video explaining the vitamins, when to take them, and go into more details in what they help with? I feel like I need all of those but am taking the wrong steps into researching them. Thank you!

  9. this has motivated me to start waking up early again! I've been struggling with the weather recently and think it will help me get back on track. would love to see more meal prep tips too! side note, I love the outfit – where are your jeans from?😍🍑

  10. Can you please do a video on your hair – I don’t understand how it can be styled and the curls/waves stay in for several days- even with sleeping on it and exercising- but it always looks polished- what is your secret?!
