    In almost any diet you have to keep carbs low which is something I have been struggling with.
    My solution to this was using a natural carb blocker blocker. And it worked. It really helped.

She’s the only one that says beans make you fat and I hate beans but I don’t think what’s she’s saying about beans is true because when I googled it everyone else says beans help you lose weight. Any vegetables will help you lose weight except potatoes, the extra carbs turns to starch and starch turns to sugar.
