  2. Thanks for your video. I made this yesterday but since I don't like banana ice cream I made vanilla. It was very easy to make and tastes amazing. I put it in a container in the freezer last night and in the morning went to try it. It was rock hard. I left it to sit out long enough to scoop and found that it was icy, flaky and melted quickly. After doing some research online, I found this to be a common problem with homemade ice cream. Next time I am going to put it in a ziplock bag and squeeze out as much air as possible then I will refrigerate it before I freeze it. Also, I put it in my chest freezer instead of my refrigerator freezer and it got way too cold. To me the flavor is way better than store bought ice cream but the texture is not. It does makes me feel good knowing that I am eating a product that doesn't have all the gums and preservatives in that you would find in the store. The flavor was still really good when it was frozen but it had more of a grainy texture. I think this recipe has potential but I will have to change a few things I am doing.

  3. I've been doing a lot of cooking for myself lately. Instead of buying everything directly from the store. This looks really good, and would love to give it a go 😀
