  1. Wind my own spools too. Easy to do and much more cost efficient than buying the "free spools". Auto feed does not always work, but there is button on spool hesd that can be pushed to bring out more line . Guessing line does not always feed due to improper winding technique. Otherwise, great machine for residential use. Purchase extra battery, it helps on bigger yards.

  2. Hi Jim – My wife purchased me the Worx 2.0 (She said my performance this past year didn't warrant the 3.0). When I took it out for it's first test run I found that the auto-feed didn't seem to work very well. Any suggestions?

  3. it just seems to me like this will not work. The spool from worx is glued together through out the line. Its what keeps it from completley unwinding. I feel that as soon as you run it if the line is not all connected its going to unravel. Have you had any issues with this???? Thanks

  4. Dead on target i hate weed wacking i barely break mine out 2 times a year ..if my snapper tractor not get it it wait till spring or fall ..But it was time to change the string your video short and strait to the point ..

  5. I did exactly what you did.

The $8.42 they charge for shipping for the "free trimmer line" is a RIP-OFF.

IT IS A MARKETING GIMMICK. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.

THERE IS FREE SHIPPING ON ALL THEIR ACCESSORIES BUT THIS?

I bought the more expensive "twisted" 0.065"" trimmer line for around $10.00 for 275 feet.

WORX IS NOT TRUEFUL ABOUT THEIR "FREE TRIMMER LINE REFILLS", they claim that there are 10 feet on each new spool.

THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE REVIEWED BY THE BBB & FTC.
