  1. I read the many comments on here and I see how many people are intellectually challenged about cannabis. I have been smoking cannabis for 50 years I hold a master's to doctorates but yet there's nothing wrong with my mind. pot doesn't kill people alcohol does. so if you think pot smokers are brain-dead then what are you call drinkers wait I know alcoholics. That's much better than a stoner you people are stupid

  2. I am so happy to see that they are legalizing marijuana maybe less people will drink and drive when they see that marijuana is legal there or more that's in America by drunk drivers than anything else. maybe this will help too many people die from drunk drivers just because rich people wanted their alcohol.

  3. Don't remind me. I've got to deal with these drug addicted criminals everywhere I go. Some stoners stole from me last week, and pulled a gun on me when I went to get my stuff back

  4. I’m not the one that wants pot banned, but it’s just amazing the push to legalize every mind altering substance that dumbs people down, while at the same time the creeping NAZI disarmament of innocent citizens is allowed to continue. With NJ turning anyone with a magazine having a capacity of greater than 10 rounds, into a felon overnight.

  5. Keep it out of the hands of our youth. Let those who want to fry their brains do so. Medical Marijuana, Hemp, can be useful for medical purposes and for manufacturing products. Let us decide how to use it. Keep the government out of our business. With them, it's all about the money.

  6. ONLY WHEN IT IS MADE LEGAL FOR RECREATIONAL USE WILL THE PUBLIC BE ABLE TO GROW CANNABIS FOR THEIR MEDICAL NEEDS. MEDICAL USES ARE BROAD, AND VARIED, AND EFFECTIVE. THAT IS WHY IT WAS MADE ILLEGAL SO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY COULD MAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLES MEDICAL NEEDS !!!

  7. Don't get your hope's too high for all that gov't revenue from the pot business. Let me tell you the truth about what is going on in Colorado now. Not only is it legal for dispensaries to sell pot, highly taxed, but along with that, there have to be growers to supply the dispensaries with the weed, and they are highly taxed as well — sounds good for the gov't revenue argument so far, right? But in reality, what is going on is the growers are growing many times more than the dispensaries can sell, and are dumping the surplus of untaxed for dimes on the dollar. Everyone that had connections to buy pot before it was legal still has them, and has no reason to go to a dispensary and pay ten times more for the same kind of pot they can still get on the street, other than tourists, lawyers, and such. The longer this goes on, the more people get in the know, the less gets sold through dispensaries, the cheaper street weed becomes, and the less likely it becomes that a black market seller gets busted when possession and cultivation are now legal, or what were once customers can just grow their own, and dump cheap, or even give away their surplus too. Even people in the states around Colorado are buying up this street pot for a fraction of what they were paying not that many years ago. I guess this is all good news if you want more cheap pot, but if you are looking at it as a source of long term gov't revenue in a new state, or looking to get rich with a dispensary, or a pot farm, get in, get it in the early years, and sell high as soon as the business reaches it's initial peak.
