  1. as long as it is illegal in some states the growers in legal states will fill that void on the black market. Legalize nationwide and if prices are too high at dispensaries the black market will continue as well. Full on legalization and market flood of high grade marijuana driving prices down is the only way for reform.

  2. I don't get it it's legalized in California almost anybody could get a medical card and they're still trying to sell marijuana on the black market?

  3. News reports based off of border police statements, interviews of Mexican Marijuana farmers, and statements from the cartels themselves have confirmed the drop in marijuana demand in the black market.

Legalization will not only reduce the black market demand for marijuana, but it will also empty out our prisons, lower the demand for police officers, prison guards, public defenders, and everything else that puts a burden on tax payers and ruins people's lives.

Let these people find a different boogeyman.

  4. The black market will slow down big time. No black market dealer can compete with awesome legal grow operations. If your black market I know u ain’t got 50 different strains of indica, sativa , hybrids on the reg. Plus edibles , oils , crazy dabbing and all the other stuff. Black market is always gonna be second now if not lost all together with main customers. Also no more stressing the dope man scheduling. My main guy worked 3rd shift, sucked picking up a satchel at 7:30am.

  5. Go against present state or country recreational marijuana legalization because it continually helps criminal organizations by getting them access to an another supply of recreational marijuana. For example, a lot of criminal organizations caught taking advantage of recreational marijuana legalization by orchestrating and operating recreational marijuana cultivation operations allowed under Amendment 64 according to (The Legalization of Marijuana in Colorado The Impact Volume 4: Page 115). This example out of many more proves recreational marijuana legalization continually helps criminal organizations which increases criminal activity.
