  1. Two thoughts I have watching the first part of the video:
    1) If you juice the ingredients you miss out on the fibre
    2) if you don't drink your juice right away the vitamins are lost. You might get away with it if you drink it within the first 30-60 minutes but to wait until the next day definitely renders the juice useless.

  2. Hi Sam. I loved this video so much! Thanks for the tips. One request…please please..put your boyfriend in more videos. He has such a fun personality and makes your videos even better (if that is even possible because you are so awesome on your own)…the two of you are super cute together. And also…I have to totally agree with Savanna Loves comment below mine!! You are beautiful and worthy!!! Merry Christmas and I hope all your dreams come true in this new year. 🙂

  3. I’m still so skeptical about juicing! I’m also not knowledgeable about it either though. I just feel like the pulp would also have a ton of nutrients in it that we want from fruits and veggies, like fiber for example. It looks delicious! Sorry I just realized everyone is saying this same thing in the comments 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol

  4. Hey Sam! Thought I’d share a little tip for when you are juicing! If you place an old plastic grocery bag in the pulp cup it becomes super easy to clean up. Just pull the bag out and toss (unless you are using your pulp). Then you don’t even have to wash the pulp cup. 👍

  5. hi Sam!! Could you make a video about the full moon/solstice coming up? it’s kind of confusing to me and I loved the law of attraction during a full moon video you made a while ago!!

  6. Hi Sam 🙂 can u do a “Day of eating on the keto diet”? I’m on the ketogenic diet now but I’d love to see that. Need options, tips or advice for getting the body in ketosis quickly. Thanks!, love the Samily ❤️ Happy Holidays

  7. Hey Sam! Just a tip for juicing (been doing it for over 6 years) you want to drink your juice within 15 minutes of making it, because the oxidation will lessen the nutritional content exponentially after. To get around this I do my prep (just cutting and washing) for a week at once. Then you can make a fresh juice every morning. When you buy a juice that’s not fresh you lose a lot of the benefits! Love ya!

  8. don't you get more nutritional benefits with a blender because it retains all the fibre and whatnot? The pulp is the best bit for you, that's what i thought anyway

  9. The enzymes in juices (vitamins a, b, c, k etc.) They react with light so juicing a bunch of vegis and saving it in containers for days will result in loss of some nutritional value. Maybe do our own reserach abt it but drinking ur juice as soon as u make it is the best way to ensure light doesnt degrade any of the enzymes in the fruits and vegetables.

  10. Heyyyy you guys don’t have to buy a juicer:) I keep seeing people doing this and they have been using nut bags!! I have a juicer but it’s a PAIN IN THE ASS TO CLEANz this juicer looks like it will take forever to make juice lol. Also be careful about pre making juice because the nutrients are being released right away and you won’t get the benefits if you drink it later 🙂 idk I would look into it more!

  11. You have been motivating me so much to get on a schedule, eat healthier and workout! Ever since having two babies within two years I have fallen off the wagon! Thank you for all the tips and motivation! ❤️

  12. Juicing is not any healthier than eating whole fruits and vegetables. … The resulting liquid contains most of the vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the whole fruit. However, whole fruits and vegetables also have healthy fiber, which is lost during most juicing.- Mayo Clinic

  13. I came across your videos last week and have been watching them every day when I can haha. wish they were longer sometimes haha but just wanna say hello and you are truly very inspiring and motivational

  14. I do celery juice every morning which is the best in the am on an empty stomach according to Medical Medium. I don't prep ahead tho cause they aren't as beneficial if they're not freshly juiced.

  15. So much plastic on the packaging of the meal delivery kit 🙁 I understand it’s convenient but I just don’t see the purpose of using THAT much plastic 🙁
Anywho, leaving your juices overnight might make them bitter and potentially lose some benefits due to oxidation :). Alsooo you can compost the pulp!
    💕

  16. I’m sure someone has told you this already but I’m not about to scroll comments to make sure lol 😂 but you should juice before your about to drink them to gain all the benefits of it. Your still getting benefits of course but if your going to go thru the trouble of it all then I would just prep the veggies and fruits by cutting them up the day before and then actually juice them the day of right before you drink them. Either way works because it’s healthy no matter what but more benefits are gained doing it right before you want to drink it. 😀 good job juicing either way girl! I’m still getting use to the flavor of green juice lol 😝

  17. I’m so glad you posted this video! Could you maybe do a review of your juicer after you’ve been using it a little while? I wanna get into juicing and am thinking of buying the one you have, I’d love your feedback on it! Thanks♥️♥️
