  1. thanks boss for the personal video!… ive been on this journey for a year now but relapsed a few times, longest I've gone is 17 days, there's no way I'm going back to pmo, i do go gym, but feel so tired, since I've been on nofap, dont feel any motivation or drive, body feels so weak, feel real anxiety which eats up all my energy!.. but.. im still fighting it and gonna fight this through, i think it's just a horrible flatline, just gotta ride it through!.. thanks man for taking time out to make a video to me personally!.. i follow a lot of your stuff, I watch your videos every morning to get me motivated through the day!… peace brother! one love!

  2. Amazing and inspiring. Kick in the ass in the best way: this inspired me to WANT to fight for control over my life.

The "kick in the ass" I've gotten from other men trying to help me years ago amounted to little more than verbal abuse and making me feel horrible about myself, and wanting to withdraw and isolate even more.

This video made me realize that truly inspiring people means making them want to help themselves.

It's a fine line. Very hard to inspire people and motivate them to action without sugar coating things, or insulting or abusing people. You've definitely struck a great balance just by being yourself and speaking from a genuine place of understanding.

We need more positive and realistic men like you to inspire the rest of us trying to find our way and redefine ourselves.

I can tell you're a genuine guy. Keep the content going. You're providing a lot of value for the world. Thanks for posting this.

  3. It has been a week since i stopped. Iv been having headache which is a good sign (nervous receptors are coming back so now i feel the joyce from little things like music). And my sleep quality is awful but its sooo worth. Iv even noticed that my concentration in study is much better.

  4. Hey man, I really appreciate that you've stopped using pictures of attractive women as thumbnails for this topic, I think it could potentially trigger someone that's fresh in recovery.

  5. Hey Greg! It's your boi, I'm back on nofap again. I know I had to. Remember me? You changed my life exactly one year ago on October 1st 2017. I started nofap from September 23rd 2017 and went 82 days on nofap for my first time, It was also my first time in the gym, first I went 82 days and then after that I went 52 days and then 30 days…. (I was a new man after that)……. After that I sort of stopped nofap. It's been exactly a year since I joined the gym, and I can proudly say you and nofap changed my life. It's day 3 and I'm starting nofap again wish me luck 🤞 🙌

  6. Still going strong, but I got a question. I do experience all kinds of benefits and I do feel more internal happiness than before, but…

In the 40ish days of Nofap, I didn't felt big urges, I don't have a lots of random boners, I didn't have a single wet dream. Also not have an extra urge to talk to women or anything, even though I notice they all turn their heads 👀

In other words, I feel like my sexual energy isn't flowing a ton in my body. At least that's my interpretation right now.

    Can you give some insights?

  7. First of all we miss you man ! I think your girl take you little bit from us ! Enjoy it i am happy for you …Greg do you use facebook ? Cause i think social media is a trap it take you from pic to another ….i almost done yesterday but cold shower save my streak ( 46 ) …my longest was 120 so what is your opinion about social media ?

  8. Good to see you Greg. Hope you’re still having a great time with your new girlfriend. The key really is the positive habits you’re always preaching: cold showers, exercise, meditation, journal writing, reading books. My life has transformed since finding your channel & taking up these daily habits. People around me notice the change too.

  9. So good to hear from you Greg. I've found in the past month something very simple eating a green leafy salad everyday with my lunch really raises my vibration out of a negative state. I think its really helped me stay PMO free on my recent streak!
