  1. Just made this as a Christmas prezzie. I used a mix of standard red and green chillies and also a bunch of birds eyes and three scotch bonnets. Still hasn’t turned out that hot but incredibly delicious with a nice burn πŸ™‚

  2. Interesting so whats the defining factor of it being a chili sause vs a rooster sause/sriracha sauses it seems both of them interms of heat uses chili peppers as it base source of heat. And one can make them either sweet to very hot based on what other additional ingrediants you blend up with it.

  3. Just harvested a couple of bags of Carolina Reapers & Trinidad Moruga Scorpions. Gonna be making me some super-hot sauce! Love the idea of apple juice – will defo give that a go! πŸ™‚

  4. Lord God, how good is that? I cook today and can not stop eating it. It became 1.6 liters on my cook. I will freeze it. I used 5 different kinds of chili. I had tabaco as a reserve if it did not get as strong as I wanted. But it is not necessary.
