1. Superfoodevolution, how many pieces of astragalus root do you add to your grains, stews, etc. when you cook them? Also, why do you simmer astragalus root with those dishes, does it help the taste, add to the nutritional benefits, help energize? If you ate those foods at dinner simmered with the astragalus, would it be enough to stimulate you and effect your sleep? It sounds like a good way to supercharge those foods. Where can I find info on other herbs to cook into my grains, soups , and stews, etc.? Thank you.
