  1. I have psoriasis too & what has been really helping me besides doing healthy keto, is also taking 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 along with 100 mcg of Vitamin K2 (MK-7) daily. For the first time in years & years, I have no itching, flaking & my skin is less angry & actually healing nicely! I'm so elated & I'm actually looking forward to Spring/Summer 2019. ☺

  2. Yes keto since Nov 16th 2015. This is my 3rd holiday season. Each year gets better and more to choose from. Keto all the way, green bean casserole, stuffing, cauliflower mash. cheesecake and other things. My brother is cooking as usual and he's an awesome cook and he does keto also.
