  1. There is nothing longterm about rec, medical yes but pharma will control that market eventually. Rec is a failed idea with its harsh(no pun intended) regs and high taxes. It cannot compete with a true free market, the black market.
Sessions is only one man, there are many just like him ready to take that AG seat.

  2. Make sure it stays illegal so our corporate masters profit while the people fill up their prisons and they laugh all the way to the bank. Woo! God Bless ‘Murica for some reason

  3. Pot should only have been made available by prescription. All the health benefits of pot is in the non-psychotropic elements. And the THC is beneficial only in doses below a high. Decriminalize it, then regulate it like an opioid or any other drug. First hand experience, I received much needed pain/inflammation relief from CBD oil in hemp. I got tired of taking 800mg of Ibuprofen once or twice daily. After 6 months, the pain is gone.

  4. CORPORATIONS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR MARIJUANA PRODUCTION; ACTUAL AMERICANS WITH A HEART BEAT GO FIRST, FARM ANIMALS SECOND…. CORPORATIONS THAT WANT TO GROW CAN STICK TO CORN AND BEANS.

  5. I’m not a smoker but, why can’t we legally grow it (rhetorical question)? I know people with money will take advantage of the situation & only allowing them to grow it to cover both sides. To cover both sides by means of; making money on top of it & growing it for the lazy people who doesn’t want to grow it but rather buy it.

  6. Import marijuana. My god. Millions of growers nationwide in the US and they want to import CANADIAN weed. Bring on the tariffs!!! Think there are more than enough AMERICAN growers who know what they are doing and can provide more than enough for whatever clinical trials.
As far as pot stocks go, I'll invest once it gets legalized nationwide (IF) and then invest in an established company like Phillip Morris who has the resources and know how to capitalize on marijuana expanded production and sales and pharma companies investing in the medicinal side of it. Won't invest in some start up operation that doesn't have the national ability for production and distribution. Btw, I don't use drugs of any kind but if it's legalized, I'll make some money off of it on the investment side.

  7. Multi billion investment if you got a few million to start one…go for it. However, it's for the rich to make money off of those in need for pain relief….sad but true. Insurance doesn't cover it and it's very pricy💎
