  1. This is so wrong! Cannabis would be sold in groceries. Pedestrians trying to cross streets are in more danger of getting run over by high on Marijuana/ impaired drivers. Road rage is bad enough when people are sober, how much more when they are high? There will be more people like Ethan Couch, this time not just drunk.

  2. After smoking pots and high,he or she drives their cars floating in heaven but unfortunately many and their innocent victims ends up in hell, guns sales makes lots of money too ,like drugs, their destructive nature’s are less important and making more money, opponents of drugs and firearms could not understand the arguments and excuses, maybe that’s how they intends to control the population.

  3. All they see is money. How about a focus of the proven medical benefits? All the focus is on dough … all the put down of users is now diversified into, "how can we make money"? Hilarious …

  4. Dominion stores in NL have had attached smoke shops for years, selling things like pipes and tobacco products. The chain was called 'Holy Smokes' and would be basically a separate store in the same building. They've closed a lot of them the last few years as people have gotten off the backey, but the whackey backey is more popular than ever and I for one am all for it.

I probably won't be buying much Loblaw's bud though, there are existing delivery services that have treated me right for years and I see no reason to change the routine. Once or twice for the novelty or for a quick gram between larger deliveries, unless Canopy can sell me consistent quality product at around 100/oz like the boys in BC do, then I'd be interested.

  5. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the people who decided to put weed in grocery stores haven't been to a dispensary before. That whole building is going to smell fantastic… for some people.

  6. Not a big fan of smoking cannabis, but I'm for small independent businesses that focus more on the quality of the product. In other words, if bigger business controlled by the govt. are going to monopolize and privatise on selling cannabis, the end game is about money over quality. At least that is what many believe.
