  1. Volunteer to teach kids to read? I wonder if there was like you know a profession where someone taught people how to read and made a living off of that.

Steve Pearce is so against paying teachers he forgot what teachers were.

  2. Mr. Steve Pearce, the only reason I am voting for you in November is BECAUSE of President Trump. You should consider working more closely with him in the future. I am a New Mexican who believes that the wall should be built. You seem like a decent man. I am voting because we need republicans to help Trump advance his agenda to Make America Great Again. God bless the president and God bless you.

  3. Wtf?! No one wants to talk about the elephant in the room! Immigration. Illegal immigration is the single most important problem we face. Minimum wage jobs are for our children. Illegals have our union job. Taking our trade schools from our kids. Over crowding our public schools. You talk about testing the children so much. Why the hell don't we start testing the teachers?! How the hell do we know if they are competent enough? Test the teachers…

  4. Old white man saying the same old old white man lines…..Gas prices have been going Kupec all year and oil companies are making double what they did during the last administration.. no more old white men in govent!

  5. For all those people who keep saying that increases in the minimum wage is bad for the economy, I would like to ask them if they have ever tried to raise a family on a minimum wage job. Yes when we were teenagers we all worked for minimum wage but we also still lived at home or received financial help from our parents. Right now all over America, there are eight million people who have to raise families on minimum wage. These are adults, not kids, so Mr. Pierce should try to do that before he goes on about how a raise in the minimum wage is bad for the economy. I'm sure he'll have a change of heart afterwards.

  6. Steve Pearce and Michelle Lujan Grisham are both garbage. New Mexico deserves a governor above towing the party lines and bending to the will of donors. These two should be removed from the system entirely.

  7. Interesting. Everything Michelle Lujan Grisham talked about seem to revolve around the hiring of more new Mexican bureaucrats.
Don't bureaucrats typically cost tax payers something like 70 to 80% of every tax dollar that goes to a well-intentioned government program?
Well sounds like she doesn't mind raising our cost of living even more, no wonder she's championing another minimum wage hike, oh wait, that's another thing that's raising our cost of living…… at least she's consistent!
