1. Axe please let me say do not exaggerate things I mean post menopausal state really is a normal physiological state u have to be straight to the point no struggle or big words. I think sugary food intake or another nutrients such as soy grains refined flour and steroids all r so risky bc u may induce some iatrogenic problems for instance DM cancer body uterus osteoporosis and so forth. So no HRT is recommended

  2. Ive been hot flashing now 10 yrs and getting worse ,I bathed in drops when I get a HF every 2 hrs during the day and every 50 minutes at nights!! I need help ! Get about 10hrs a week of sleep. I’ll try this πŸ˜©πŸ™πŸΌπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

  3. I take all kinds of supplements. I have invested $$$$. Nothing helps. I was n vyvanse but my ekg said I had a slight heart Mur mur. It helped me lose 10 lbs and it helped me focus. Now they took me off. Back to where I started.

  4. Can I take Black Cohosh to assist with Menopausal Symptoms if I have Crohn’s Disease? I am already eating and living a healthy lifestyle but struggling bad with the Hot Flushes and it’s disrupting my sleep and making me cranky :/
