1. What I find that helps is using my imagination whenever I hear those voices I imagine myself at a club or something having fun pull your tensions off the voices imagine you're doing something fun eventually look go away it's help for me maybe I'll help for you

  2. Have you ever tried reducing the intake of your THC content? CBD could be more positively therapeutic. It has anti-psychotic properties. THC is typically the opposite. Also CBD is available openly online!

  3. Weed always made my symptoms worse but I kept smoking because the alternative was worse. Feeling nothing all the time. At least I felt something when I smoked pot. I've been sober for 5 months now and I miss smoking because olanzapine/zyprexa makes me feel like a zombie.
