1. I need help I’m 17 6’4 n I weight 215 I’m bloated and my mom cooks for me so I can’t really watch my diet but I eat 2 times a day big meal or sometimes 3 I’m trying to lose face fat n loose my belly fat I go to the gym I got muscle allot but my fat is over it n I want to get cuts can u give me some tips I run n left allot and I haven’t seen no changes n I been doing it for 2 months something now
